We respectfully request a 24 hour cancellation notice. Missed or last minute cancellations will be charged a $50 fee. Please be respectful of our time and yours.
Any clients that do not show up to their scheduled appointment will NOT be rescheduled and will be charged a $50.00 fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Rescheduling appointments will be possible if the artist is notified 24 hours in advance to the original scheduled appointment. Last minute rescheduling after the 24 hours advance notice will be considered a late cancellation and will be charged the cancellation fee of $50.
Appointments will be cancelled if the client is more than 15 minutes late to their appointment. Late arrivals past the 15 minutes will be given the cancellation fee but you may reschedule your appointment.
Please do not bring children or guests with you to your appointment. Guests can be distracting to artists and in order to give our clients the best brows, we must be able to have our full attention on them.
If you have had your original permanent makeup done by The Brow Society HI and you choose to go elsewhere for touchups, The Brow Society HI may NOT do any further treatments moving forward.
If you have previous permanent makeup, a consultation or approval will be required in order to see if work can be done over the previously done permanent makeup.
